Application Summary (ENG)
The Immersion Cooling Tank is a single-phase all-in-one immersion cooling solution designed to cool AI servers, GPU servers, and HPC systems by fully immersing them in dielectric coolant.
By directly submerging servers into coolant, it delivers superior thermal performance and energy efficiency compared to air cooling, making it ideal for AI data centers, R&D labs, semiconductor testing, and PoC demonstrations.
