Two-Phase Immersion Cooling System

A next-generation approach delivering top-tier thermal performance alongside DLC two-phase cooling

Two-phase immersion equipment

Overview

Two-phase immersion cooling is among the most efficient cooling methods available today, comparable to DLC two-phase performance. A key advantage is that it can reduce the need for external liquid tanks or complex piping, and it can be designed for unattended automation. As low-GWP dielectric fluids become available, two-phase immersion is increasingly considered a strong next-step after DLC.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces noise and fan power through liquid-based heat removal.
  • Eliminates water-piping leak risks in IT space.
  • Enables modular expansion and easier maintenance with high space efficiency.
  • Helps prevent fluid leakage in operating areas through enclosed/managed designs.
  • Can be equipped with fluid recovery and recirculation cooling functions.
